Great course

I didn't realize how much detail the service advisor course covers. It starts simple but then goes into great detail on selling, dealing with objections, and how to take care of customers. Confidence to sell more

First off, I'd like to say that I already work as a service advisor and thought I knew everything. My problem is selling more services to my customers, I was too worried they would say no. The service advisor course is thorough. It walks through each step and explains why it's important, plus what to tell customers. This course gave me a big confidence boost and taught me to stop being so timid.
