Note: This course includes six synchronous online sessions with the instructors at a scheduled day and time and self-directed activities that students complete before the next in-class session while adhering to specified due dates.

 

Course Summary

The automotive BDC – BDM course teaches your employees how to maintain an automotive business development center from the ground up. Early on, they will gain in-depth knowledge, from responding to leads, greeting customers the right way, maintaining a high level of service, and following up with vehicle purchases or repairs. Each lesson is loaded with word tracks BDC representatives use every day to make them sound like customer service superheroes and schedule more appointments in the automotive industry.

The step-by-step workflow cheat sheet contains everything a BDC representative or manager needs to know what tasks must be completed each day, which metrics to follow, and how to forecast vehicle sales or service calls.
