I’ve been a parts manager for a couple of years and didn’t feel like I truly understood everything. So, I’m glad I took this course, it helped fill in the holes because I was unsure of a few things. I learned lots of new tricks and even referred back to lessons when something goes wrong at the store.
I would recommend taking this course.
