Really great course!

My dealership paid for this course because they realized the importance of developing existing employee talent (even experienced staff). Sounds silly, and I was not looking forward to taking a course at my age but the parts manager course taught me lots of new things I didn’t know before. The course is very detailed, plenty of examples, and useful spreadsheets. I’m glad to be part of a great team.
