The following pages create the terms and conditions of a contract between you and us which covers (a) your use of our website and (b) how we make our online learning courses available to you.
This website is owned and operated by Service Drive Consulting Incorporated is located in Ontario, Canada. Therefore this Course Agreement (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is made by and between Service Drive Consulting Incorporated, a corporation, incorporated, and its affiliated companies: “Service Drive Automotive Training,” “Service Drive,” and “Service Driven” under the laws of the province of Ontario, hereinafter referred to as “Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training,” and you, further defined below, as a participant in the Course, also defined below.
All parts and sub-parts of this Agreement are specifically incorporated by reference here. This Agreement shall govern the use of all pages and screens in and on the Course (all collectively referred to as “Course”), instructors (“Content Providers”), and any services provided by or on this Service Drive Consulting Incorporated through our Services (“Services”) and/or on the Service Drive Consulting Incorporated’s website (“Website”) https://servicedrive.ca.
Service Drive Automotive Training’s products and services are provided by Service Drive Consulting Incorporated, Inc. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) regulate your use of Service Drive Consulting Incorporated’s website, apps, services (“Services”), or other products. Our Services may require software downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet, or other devices, you agree that we may automatically update this software and that these Terms will apply to such updates. By using our Services, you accept and agree to be bound by our Terms, including the policies referenced in these Terms.
All visitors and students (hereinafter, “User(s),” “You” or “Your”) to our Services are subject to the terms, conditions, and notices outlined in these Terms (“Terms”). These Terms may be amended from time to time. Users of our Services may be subject to additional rules applicable to such transactions.
USING SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED
USER AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing and participating in our Services, you warrant that you have read and are in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, please cease your participation in our Services immediately. Service Drive Consulting Incorporated only agrees to provide Services to you if you assent to this Agreement.
OBLIGATIONS
As a participant in our Services, you will be asked to register with us. When you do so, you will choose a user identifier, which may be your email address or another term, as well as a password. You may also provide personal information, including, but not limited to, your name. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information. This identifying information will enable you to participate in our Services and Courses. You must not share such identifying information with any third party, and if you discover that your identifying information has been compromised, you agree to notify us immediately in writing. An email notification will suffice. You are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information and keep us apprised of any changes to your identifying information.
The billing information you provide us, including credit card, billing address, and other payment information, is subject to the same confidentiality and accuracy requirements as the rest of your identifying information. Providing false or inaccurate information or using an online course or the Website to further fraud or unlawful activity is grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
As a participant in our Services, you will be asked to undertake and complete the following obligations:
PURCHASES AND SERVICES
We provide access to Courses and Course Materials. All purchasers of any of the Courses agree to the following conditions for any paid transaction with us (hereinafter, “Payment Terms”). When you create your Service Drive Automotive Training account, and subsequently when you use certain features, you must provide us with accurate and complete information, and you agree to update your information to keep it accurate and complete. You warrant and represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide to us (such as PayPal accounts or credit cards payment processors). You agree to indemnify us against losses we may sustain as a result of any breach of this warranty. We use third-party vendors to process payments for courses. These vendors are currently PayPal and Stripe. Visit https://PayPal.com and https://Stripe.com to view these vendors’ specific privacy policies and terms and conditions. Our Privacy Policy applies only to data over which we have control.
REFUND POLICY
Students must officially drop their course within the published deadline dates to be eligible for a course fee refund.
Deadlines to withdraw from the course is as follows:
Full Refund: After first lesson completion and within 5 business days.
80% Refund: After completing the second lesson and within 10 business days.
50% Refund: After third lesson completion and within 15 business days.
0% Refund: No refund issued past the fourth lesson completion.
Receipt of Refund If a student withdraws/drops a course, according to Service Drive Automotive Training’s official deadline dates, any applicable refund will be automatically processed within 15 days. Refunds are credited to the student’s credit card. Please note that credits to your credit card may take up to 45 days to appear on your statement. We regret that we cannot accept a telephone call as withdrawal or eligibility for a refund.

PAID SERVICES FROM SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED
Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training offers paid services (e.g., course certificates for certain courses) for a fee. All course fees are in U.S. dollars. You are accountable for paying all fees and applicable taxes. Fees might vary based on your location and other factors. Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training reserves the right to change any fees at any time at their sole discretion. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting through the relevant services. Refunds may be available for paid services as described in our refund policy.
MODIFYING AND TERMINATING OUR SERVICES
We are constantly changing and improving our services. We may add or remove functions, features, or requirements, and we may suspend or stop part of our services altogether. Accordingly, Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training may suspend or close your account for any reason. Should your paid service become terminated, a refund may be available. We may not be able to offer these courses or other services to certain regions or countries for various reasons, including due to applicable export control requirements or internet access limitations and restrictions from governments. None of Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training, its content providers and instructors, its contributors, sponsors, and other business partners, and their employees, contractors, and other agents (the “Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training parties”) shall have any liability to you for any such action.
AGE RESTRICTION
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to use our Services, participate in the online courses or access any Services contained herein. By participating in our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and may legally agree to these Terms. Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training assume no responsibility or liability for any misrepresentation of your age.
LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE & ACCESS COURSE MATERIALS
We may provide you with certain information as a result of your accessing of our Services through the Website. Such information may include but is not limited to documentation, data, or information developed by us and other materials which may assist in your participation in your Course or Materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Materials solely in connection with your participation in our Service and your use of the Website. You can download content you paid for from our Services only for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to create, access, and/or use only one user account unless expressly permitted by Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training, and you will not share with any third-party access to or access information or materials for your account. Using our Services does not give you permission or ownership of any intellectual property rights of our Materials, Services, or the content you access.
CONTENT
CHANGES TO CONTENT
Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training offers courses and content (“Content”) from other providers (“Content Providers,” “Instructors,” “Teachers”). While we seek to provide first-class Content from our Content Providers, unexpected events do occur. Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, reschedule, or modify any Content or change the point value or weight of any assignment, quiz, exams, test, or other assessment. Contents are subject to the Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability sections below.
COURSE TERMS
After purchasing a course, you may begin at any time. You may restart courses as many times as you require. You may retake tests, exams, quizzes as many times as you deem necessary; note that your grade received on your latest test, exam, assignment, or quiz will be the final grade unless you reset the course again.
Once you have successfully completion of your course with the required minimum passing grade outline in the course material, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from Service Drive Automotive Training.
Courses and any of their accompanying Materials may not be shared with any party. If we suspect that Courses or Materials are being shared and/or that you have shared your log-in information with any party, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the online course at our sole and exclusive discretion.
NO ACADEMIC CREDIT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Participation in or completion of Content does not confer any academic credit. Completion of a Course earns a Course Certificate of Completion of the Content. Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training, its instructors, and the associated Content Providers have no obligation to have Content or Courses recognized by any educational institution or accreditation organization.
DISCLAIMER OF STUDENT-PARTNER RELATIONSHIP
Nothing in these Terms or otherwise with respect to your participation in any Content by company partners (“Partners”) : (a) establishes any relationship between you and any Partner; (b) enrolls or registers you in any Partner Course, or in any Content accessible by any Partner, or (c) entitles you to use the resources of any Partner beyond participation in the Content or Course.
USER CONTENT
The Services allows you to share your content, such as quizzes, exams, projects, other assignments you submit, posts you make in the forums, and the like (“User Content”), with Service Drive Consulting Incorporated, users, and instructors. You are responsible for such User Content you share. User Content does not include course information or other materials made available on or placed on to Service Drive Automotive Training platform by or on behalf of Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training’s Content Providers or their instructors using the Services, the Content; as between Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and its Content Providers, such Content is governed by the relevant agreements in place between Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training and its Content Providers.
SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED MAY USE USER CONTENT
To the degree that you provide User Content, you grant Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training a fully transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works based on, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise use the User Content. This license includes granting Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training the right to authorize Partners to use User Content with their registered, nonregistered students, or other learners independent of the Services. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict other legal rights Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training may have to User Content, for example, under other licenses. We reserve the right to eliminate or adjust User Content for any reason, as well as User Content we believe is in violation of our Terms.
COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
We look forward to your suggestions, comments, and ideas concerning our Services. By submitting a comment, you grant us the right to use your comment or feedback without any restriction or any compensation to you.
SECURITY
DATA LOSS
We do not assume or accept responsibility for the security of your account or content. You agree that your participation in an online course or use of the Website is at your own risk.
REVERSE ENGINEERING & SECURITY:
You agree not to undertake any of the following actions:
a) Reverse engineer, or attempt to reverse engineer or disassemble any code or software from any or all sections of our online courses, Services, or Website;
b) Violate the security of online courses or Websites through any unauthorized access, circumvention of encryption or other security tools, data mining, or interference to any host, user, or network.
c) We take every precaution to secure your account and related information, but Service Drive Consulting Incorporated cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorized use of your account by emailing info@servicedrive.ca.
THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
You will have access to and/or use content provided by instructors, other users, and/or other third parties and links to websites and services maintained by third parties. Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training cannot guarantee that such third-party content, in the Services or elsewhere, will be free of material you may find objectionable or otherwise inappropriate or of malware or other contaminants that may harm your computer, mobile device, or any files therein. Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training disclaims any responsibility or liability related to your access or use of, or inability to access and use, such third-party content.
NO WARRANTIES
YOU AGREE THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN AN ONLINE COURSE(S) AND YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE ARE AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK AND THAT ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY US ARE ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. WE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES THAT THE ONLINE COURSE(S) OR WEBSITE WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS OR THAT THE ONLINE COURSE(S) OR WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ALSO MAKE NO WARRANTIES AS TO THE RELIABILITY OR ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION IN THE ONLINE COURSE(S) OR ON THE WEBSITE. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR TO YOU, THROUGH YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, OR AS A RESULT OF LOSS OF YOUR DATA FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE ONLINE COURSE(S) OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND THAT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH DAMAGE OR LOSS. YOU RECOGNIZE AND AGREE THAT ANY ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICES, CONTENT, OR COURSES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL, DAMAGES. NOR SHALL SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED AND SERVICE DRIVE AUTOMOTIVE TRAINING OR ITS AFFILIATES BE HELD LIABLE AGAINST ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY PARTY OTHER THAN THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED AND SERVICE DRIVE AUTOMOTIVE TRAINING PARTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT OR INFORMATION. IN NO EVENT SHALL SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED AND SERVICE DRIVE AUTOMOTIVE TRAINING’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED TWENTY U.S. DOLLARS ($20) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES RECEIVED BY SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED FROM YOU FOR THE USE OF PAID SERVICES DURING THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THIS SECTION APPLIES TO ANY AND ALL CLAIMS BY YOU, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, FRAUD, OR TORTS OF ANY KIND.
YOU SHALL ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS TERMS OF USE REFLECT A REASONABLE AND FAIR ALLOCATION OF RISK BETWEEN YOU AND THE SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED PARTIES, AND THAT THESE LIMITATIONS ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS TO SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED’S ABILITY TO MAKE SERVICES ACCESSIBLE TO YOU ON AN ECONOMICAL AND REASONABLE BASIS.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ASSOCIATED WITH THE COURSES OR SERVICES MUST BEGIN WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend and indemnify Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training and any of our affiliates and hold us harmless against any and all legal claims, liabilities, demands, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise from or relate to your participation in an online course, your use or misuse of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your conduct or actions. You agree that we shall be able to select our own legal counsel and may participate in our own defense if we wish.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
LANGUAGE
All communications made or notice given pursuant to this Agreement shall be in the English language.
JURISDICTION, VENUE & CHOICE OF LAW
Through your participation in an online course and your use of the Website, you agree that the laws of Ontario shall govern any matter or dispute relating to or arising out of this Agreement, as well as any dispute of any kind that may arise between you and us, with the exception of its conflict of law provisions. In case any litigation specifically permitted under this Agreement is initiated, the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts of the following province: Ontario. The Parties agree that this choice of law, venue, and jurisdiction provision is not permissive, but rather mandatory in nature. You hereby waive the right to any objection of venue, including assertion of the doctrine of forum non-convenient or similar doctrine.
ARBITRATION
In case of a dispute between the Parties relating to or arising out of this Agreement, the Parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute personally and in good faith. If these personal resolution attempts fail, the Parties shall then submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Ontario Canada. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and such arbitrator shall have no authority to add Parties, vary the provisions of this Agreement, award punitive damages, or certify a class. The arbitrator shall be bound by applicable and governing Federal law as well as the law of the following provincial: Ontario. Each Party shall pay its own costs and fees. Claims necessitating arbitration under this section include, but are not limited to: contract claims, tort claims, claims based on Federal and provincial law, and claims based on local laws, ordinances, statutes, or regulations. Intellectual property claims by us will not be subject to arbitration and may, as an exception to this sub-part, be litigated. The Parties, in agreement with this sub-part of this Agreement, waive any rights they may have to a jury trial in regard to arbitral claims.
GENERAL TERMS
REVISIONS TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to revise the Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Any revisions to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting by us. For any material changes to the Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of such changes, via a banner on the website, email notification, another method, or a combination of methods. In all cases, your continued use of the Services after publication of such changes, with or without notification, constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
NO WAIVER
In the event a particular provision of these Terms is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms and does not constitute a waiver of any future enforcement of that provision or of any other provision. Should you fail to follow these Terms, and we do not take immediate action, this does not indicate that we relinquish any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future). Waiver of any part or sub-part of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any other part or sub-part.
SEVERABILITY
If any part or sub-part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of law or competent arbitrator, the remaining parts and sub-parts will be enforced to the maximum extent possible. In such conditions, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force.
CONTENT PROVIDERS
Service Drive Consulting Incorporated’s Content Providers and authorized Service Providers are third-party beneficiaries of the Terms and may enforce those provisions of the Terms that relate to them.
Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training want to ensure all of our instructors and students feel safe while using our Website or other Services. This Policy is posted to ensure everyone understands and plays by the rules when using our Services or joining our online community.
We may remove or edit unsuitable content or activity reported to us. The offending user’s account may be suspended, disable, or terminate.
YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM SHARE CONTENT THAT CONTRIBUTES
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT POLICY
You agree that the Materials, Courses, the Website, and any other Services provided by Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training are the property of Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property (“Company IP”). You agree that Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training owns all rights, title, and interest in and to Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training IP and that you will not use Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training’s IP for any unlawful or infringing purpose. You agree not to reproduce or distribute the Service Drive Consulting Incorporated IP in any way, including electronically or via registration of any new trademarks, trade names, service marks, or Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), without express written permission from Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training.
Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training respects the intellectual property rights of our users, Content Providers, and other third parties and expects our users to do the same when using the Services. We have adopted and implemented the Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training Copyright and Trademark Policy in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
CONTENT YOU POST
Through your participation in an online course(s) and your use of the Website, you may be permitted to post materials to online course pages and other parts of the Website (“User Contributions”). You hereby grant Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to copy, display, use, broadcast, transmit, and make derivative works of the User Contributions you post. The Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training claim no further proprietary rights in your User Contributions.
You also agree to comply with the “Acceptable Use” provision of the Terms for all User Contributions you post, including and especially to not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party through your User Contributions.
If you feel that any of your intellectual property rights have been infringed or otherwise violated by the posting of information or media by another of our users, please contact us and let us know.
SPAM POLICY
You are strictly prohibited from using our Services for illegal spam activities, including gathering email addresses and personal information from others or sending mass commercial emails. Do not post or send unrelated or inappropriate solicitation or advertising content.
Please note that specific Content may have additional rules and requirements.
UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES
You are not allowed to do anything that violates local, provincial, state, national, or international law or breaches any of your contractual obligations or fiduciary duties.
You cannot publish or distribute any obscene or defamatory material, publish or distribute any material that incites violence, hate, or discrimination towards any group.
Do not share your password, let anyone access your account, or do anything that might put your account at risk.
Do not attempt to access any other user’s account or unlawfully gather information about others.
Do not impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Do not encourage or help anyone do anything on this list.
Do not reproduce, transfer, sell, resell, or otherwise misuse any content from our Services unless specifically authorized to do so.
Do not access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of our systems, unless specifically authorized to do so.
Do not break or circumvent our authentication or security measures or otherwise test the vulnerability of our systems or networks unless specifically authorized to do so.
Do not try to reverse engineer any portion of our Services.
MALWARE
Do not use our Website, Community, or Services of the Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training platform for anything other than for completing Courses or for pedagogical purposes. You further agree not to upload or otherwise disseminate any computer viruses or other software that may damage the property of another.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK POLICY
Service Drive Consulting Incorporated and Service Drive Automotive Training value the intellectual property rights of our Content Providers, Instructors, and third parties and require our users to do the same when using the Services. We maintain the right to suspend, disable, or terminate the accounts of users who frequently infringe or regularly infringe the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of Content Providers, Service Providers, or Users.
If one of our Content Providers, Instructors, or third parties has published a course that infringes the copyright or trademark rights, please contact us. Our Instructor and Content Provider Terms require our instructors to follow the law and respect the intellectual property rights of others.
Should you feel that Materials, the Website, Services, or Courses encroach on your copyright, the DCMA provides that you (or your agent) send us a notice requesting the material be removed.

FORCE MAJEURE

INFORMATION SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED COLLECTS
SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED collects survey and other market research data about individuals’ usage of products and services. The data is used by SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED clients to improve their products and services.

When an existing or prospective client goes to www.SERVICEDRIVE.ca to request a demonstration of a SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED product, he or she must provide contact details including person-specific information (name, title, phone number and e-mail address) and organization-specific information (name and address). SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED uses this information solely for the purpose of contacting the interested party and scheduling demonstrations. SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED does not share any PII collected on its www.SERVICEDRIVE.ca website with outside parties.
When SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED surveys customers on behalf of its clients, it receives customers’ personally identifiable information from its clients. SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED enters into confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements with clients that legally obligate SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED to protect the personally identifiable customer information it receives and use it only for the purposes specified in the contract. From time to time SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED may collect personally identifiable information during a survey, if requested to do so by a client. This personally identifiable information will be shared with the client, and will be used as described in that survey.
SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED may, with the written consent of its clients, ask questions of customers for whom it has received personally identifiable information, and bundle and sell those responses in an aggregate form. Before providing any survey results to third parties, responses are stripped of personally identifying or client-identifying information, aggregated, and adjusted using SERVICE DRIVE INCORPORATED’s proprietary methodologies.
When SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED surveys respondents on its own behalf, it typically does not collect or have any other access to personally identifying information. If SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED does request personally identifiable information during a survey, it will use the personally identifiable information as described in that survey. When SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED provides resulting proprietary research to third parties, it sometimes reveals individual responses, but these do not contain any personally identifying information.
SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED does not collect or receive sensitive personal information such as: credit card numbers, social security numbers, financial account and transaction information, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership. SERVICE DRIVE INCORPORATED’s mobile reporting application, used by SERVICE DRIVE INCORPORATED’s clients, uses third-party services to gather data on application usage and stability. This data is shared only with the relevant client. A user may unsubscribe from tracking through the user settings screen within the mobile application.
SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED uses cookies primarily to identify returning users from the same computer and insure the integrity of its research. As part of its basic uses of Internet technology to provide surveys, SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED also collects technical information such as: respondent IP address; the date and time at which respondents access SERVICE DRIVE INCORPORATED’s website and respondent HTTP request headers.
PROTECTION OF PERSONALLY-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED is not in the business of selling or renting personally identifiable information gathered in the course of client work to third parties. SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED shares information with third parties, such as its clients, only as described in this policy or as described at the time information is collected. For example, SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED may, at the request of a client, ask you for your email address so a client can follow up with you about your responses to a survey. The provision of such information is typically voluntary, and at all times participation in a survey is, of course, voluntary.
VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
Individuals may choose not to participate in SERVICE DRIVE INCORPORATED’s research. An opt-out choice is included in each communication to individuals, and those who exercise it will be added to SERVICE DRIVE INCORPORATED’s opt-out list for the relevant client within ten (10) business days of unsubscribing. For each client, SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED does not send survey invitations to any e-mail address on the applicable opt-out list. SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED also provides its opt-out lists on a timely basis to its clients and third-party agents so that they may properly update their records.
Individuals may elect to opt out at any time from receiving email from SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED and are under no obligation to take surveys sent to them. Individuals who wish to reverse an earlier unsubscribe option may contact SERVICE DRIVE INCORPORATED’s to change their opt-out status.
ACCESS
Customers and respondents may contact SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED at any time if they feel there is an error in their personal information. Because SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED generally receives and retains personal information as an agent of its clients, it will usually refer individuals reporting inaccuracies in their personally identifying information to the originating source for correction.
SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED acknowledges that individuals have the right to access the personal information/data that we maintain about them. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, should direct their query to info@servicedrive.ca. THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS & ONWARD TRANSFER
From time to time, SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED may contract with third parties to perform functions necessary for its research operations and, under the terms of those contracts, may transfer data to those third parties. SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED requires, via written contract, any such third party to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as put forth in this policy.

However, SERVICE DRIVE CONSULTING INCORPORATED may be required by law to disclose personal information where judicial or other governmental subpoenas, warrants, or orders are properly issued.
