Great course

The BDC course is so detailed, and it has everything someone in BDC would need to know. Thanks to this course, I can honestly say that I learn a lot about the BDC position. I use the scripts and workflow guides every day.

It's like a BDC starter kit!

There is so much to learn about working at a dealership's BDC department. My employer is the general manager and he wasn't too sure what I needed to do on a daily basis, so he purchased this course for me. I'm so glad he did because this course walks you through each step for both departments, and it even includes email and phone scripts! The added bonus is the BDC forecasting sheet...wow!

Worth it

This course is long, it took me a few weeks to complete, but it was worth it because now I understand what I need to do in order to meet my monthly target. My manager noticed a big improvement too, and she has complimented me a few times already...Thank you so much!
