Great for new service managers

I took this course because I'm a new service manager and was worried that I couldn't handle the job, but this course does a great job covering key aspects of everyday tasks and troubleshooting performance issues. It even covers leadership skills and mentoring staff. I certainly appreciate that the course comes with downloadable spreadsheets, and the workflow guide is an asset.
